Due to Government of India security restrictions, Trabug requires a user to hold an e-Visa and does not operate in the state of Jammu & Kashmir, including Ladakh.
SHIPPING
- There is a single $9.99 charge, per device, for delivery and return pickup within India.
- You get FREE shipping for one device if your rental bill is equal or greater than $50.
- Certain remote areas may not be serviceable by our shipping partners. In such cases, alternate locations will have to be provided.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
- A fully REFUNDABLE security deposit is charged before shipping.
- The deposit limits your maximum liability, for any loss or damage, to the amount paid.
- The amount is refunded within 10 working days of the return of the Trabug pack.
